Jane's Jottings

If you live in Sydney, you may like to join me for 'Lunch & Bubbles' this Friday 16th February (sorry for the late notice!) at the Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club in Newport. I'll be facilitating a 'style clinic' over lunch. So bring an item from your wardrobe that you haven't been wearing, but would like to wear. We'll investigate what's going on! Click here for details and to book.

This month I've answered a reader's question.

New season fashions are arriving in the shops every day now. Even if it doesn't feel as if the season has changed yet, now is a good time to review your wardrobe ready for when the weather does change. It can be tough trying to do this yourself. So do let me know (reply to this email) if you'd like my help with this and with shopping. I can help you both online and in-person.

Enjoy this month's Style Snippets. Yours in style

Q: What are the best pants for heavy legs and knees? from Anonymous, USA

A: This woman also has wide hips, a small waist, and a sway back. I started to answer this question, then realized I'd given part of the answer to another woman a few years ago. So, I've updated my original answer and joined this question to it. Read my response here.
