could i have short hair?

joining army and thinking of cutting but want to make sure it'll look good, otherwise i'll just tie it back

It's hard to tell from this photo, but it looks as though your face is definately longer than it is wide and that your jaw-line is rounded. This makes your face shape oblong.

You also have a medium-long to long neck.

Since you are young, with a nice firm neck, short hair will definately suit you. And will look better on you than having your hair tied back.
